About the role
The Odoo Developer & QA/Support Specialist will analyse business and functional needs, decide between standard configurations or custom development, and ensure high‑quality ERP support.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, customise and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML and the Odoo framework.
- Perform functional, technical and regression testing, create test scenarios, cases and QA checklists.
- Investigate, reproduce and resolve support tickets, collaborating with functional consultants and developers.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles and ensure traceability between requirements, tests and fixes.
- Lead a small team of two, allocating tasks and ensuring project timelines and quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented approach.
- Experience working with ERP/Odoo delivery teams and overlapping work hours with a remote team.
