Senior Product Owner – Digital Onboarding

About the role

The Senior Product Owner will own the end‑to‑end digital onboarding and sales funnel, driving conversion and cross‑sell opportunities across digital and physical channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding product vision, roadmap and prioritisation based on customer impact and commercial value.
• Identify drop‑offs and friction points using data, insights and experimentation to optimise the funnel.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver seamless journeys.
• Develop digital sales tools and capabilities that improve conversion and enable performance tracking.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in customer onboarding, funnel management and conversion optimisation.
• Highly data‑driven with ability to use analytics, experimentation and KPIs to deliver business results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across a complex organisation.
• Proven Agile product delivery experience, including roadmap and backlog management.
