Performance Test Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. You will design and execute automated, manual, and performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver stable, high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
• Analyze performance metrics (response time, throughput, CPU, memory, resource utilization) and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to resolve functional and performance issues.
• Integrate automated and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve testing frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA automation and performance testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit.
• Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6.
• Programming/scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#.
• API testing: Postman, RestAssured.
• CI/CD and version control: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
