Off-Page SEO Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Link Builder to join our SEO team in Lahore. The role focuses on off‑page SEO activities, primarily building quality backlinks and managing link exchange opportunities to improve website authority.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant websites for backlink opportunities and link exchanges using Google search operators and SEO tools.
• Conduct manual outreach to website owners, bloggers, and webmasters for guest posts, link insertions, and reciprocal links.
• Negotiate and coordinate link exchange deals while ensuring website quality, relevance, spam score, and domain metrics.
• Maintain outreach records and link‑building spreadsheets, monitor published backlinks, and ensure exchanged links stay live.
• Follow white‑hat SEO practices and Google guidelines to meet monthly backlink targets.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of SEO and off‑page link building.
• Ability to find relevant sites using search operators and SEO tools.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for email outreach.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz or similar SEO tools.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
