Off-Page SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Off-Page SEO Specialist to boost our website’s authority, organic rankings, and overall visibility. The role blends white‑hat link‑building, digital PR, and a solid grasp of on‑page and technical SEO to ensure cohesive optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute white‑hat link‑building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, digital PR, and partnerships.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis, identify new link opportunities, and monitor the backlink profile.
• Remove or disavow toxic backlinks as needed.
• Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, influencers, and industry sites to increase brand mentions.
• Track referral traffic and backlink performance.
• Perform local citation building and directory submissions where applicable.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and link‑building best practices.
• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content for search intent.
• Identify duplicate content, indexing issues, and support schema markup implementation.
• Collaborate with content writers to improve blog posts and landing pages.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of SEO experience with a strong focus on off‑page tactics.
• Good understanding of on‑page and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered search trends (Google AI, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
