Office Executive

About the role

We are a leading telecom services provider looking for an Office Executive to support the daily operations of our Back Office – Post Sales team at the Head Office in Islamabad. The role ensures smooth administrative processes, effective communication with internal departments, clients, vendors and telecom operators, and assists in technical and financial coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails and client inquiries.
• Maintain and organise office files, contracts, confidential documents and digital records.
• Prepare letters, quotations, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate documentation such as purchase orders, service reports and update relevant databases.
• Liaise with project teams, technical staff and telecom customers to track quotations, maintenance schedules and service requests.
• Support finance activities by processing service entries, receipt entries and assisting with client invoicing.

Required profile

• Graduate (BA/B.Sc/B.Com) or BBADiploma, or a diploma/certification in MS‑Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
