Onboarding Officer – Seller Signup & Growth Support

About the role

We are seeking an Onboarding Officer to manage the end‑to‑end seller signup process, verification, approval, and onboarding activities. The role also supports newly verified sellers during their incubation period, helping them activate and grow on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify seller signup applications, ensuring timely account approval and activation.
• Handle seller modifications and resolve onboarding‑related issues according to SOPs and SLAs.
• Guide and train newly approved sellers on onboarding requirements, platform tools, and growth enablers.
• Support verified sellers during the incubation period to improve activation, participation, and overall growth.
• Monitor seller progress and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex cases or growth blockers.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets while maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with data.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in e‑commerce, operations, customer support, seller onboarding, or seller growth is a plus.
