About the role
KAVAK is expanding its footprint across the GCC region and seeks an Onboarding & Training Specialist to shape the new‑hire experience and build technical competency across the organisation. You will own the full onboarding lifecycle, from pre‑boarding to probation completion, and design training programmes that enable employees to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities
- Design, manage and continuously improve the end‑to‑end onboarding programme for all new hires.
- Lead orientation sessions and ensure a consistent, culturally aligned first‑day and first‑week experience.
- Coordinate workspace readiness, system access and mentor assignments with hiring managers, IT and other stakeholders.
- Track new‑hire progress during probation, conduct structured check‑ins and proactively address concerns.
- Deliver hands‑on technical training on in‑house databases, proprietary platforms, the CRM system and contact‑centre solutions such as Genesys.
- Develop role‑specific curricula, user guides, video walkthroughs, quick‑reference cards and e‑learning modules.
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses at individual, team and organisational levels and plan appropriate programmes.
