Operations Associate – Retail & Logistics

About the role

Daali Earthfoods is looking for an Operations Associate to support its retail and distribution network in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will be the link between the warehouse, delivery team, and retail partners, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase orders from retail store partners.
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders from the Islamabad warehouse to stores.
• Liaise with delivery personnel to assign and track online order dispatches, and personally deliver orders when needed.
• Collect payments from retail partners, record transactions, and deposit cash into company accounts.
• Visit stores to improve product placement, onboard new retailers, and build strong relationships.
• Manage online order packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain inventory using FIFO principles.

Required profile

• Based in Islamabad with a valid driving licence and personal bike.
• Prior experience in FMCG distribution, retail sales, or a similar field‑based operations role preferred.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling cash and bank deposits.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with a smartphone for order coordination and communication.
