Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our Fulfilment team in Multan. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day logistics, maintaining service level agreements, and supporting the growth of our transportation network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily client shipment requirements and resolve delivery‑affecting issues in real time.
• Plan vehicle‑route assignments and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to guarantee vehicle availability and on‑time dispatch.
• Supervise up to 10 dispatch coordinators/drivers, set daily targets, and hold the team accountable for on‑time performance.
• Track dispatch KPIs (on‑time %, vehicle utilisation, turnaround time), flag deviations and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC‑recognised institute.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or fulfilment operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
