Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at one of its cotton handling facilities. You will ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards while supporting a diverse, international team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse activities and ensure required resources are available.
• Develop, implement and monitor inbound and outbound SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation.
• Guide customer selectors and coordinate on‑site visits.
• Guarantee on‑time sampling, moisture testing, and delivery of cotton shipments.
• Oversee accurate weigh‑in of trucks and tare weigh‑in of cotton bales.
• Explore new warehouse locations to improve inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with LDC safety guidelines for all logistics service providers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• BBA, BSc or MBA with a focus on Supply Chain.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Effective negotiation abilities and capacity to handle pressure and multitask.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
