Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily operations at Safa Fitness Club in Islamabad. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth delivery of fitness and wellness services, aligning activities with the club’s results‑driven, ethical mission.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule staff, coordinate workflows and supervise front‑desk and support teams.
• Manage member onboarding, retention processes and collaborate with trainers and nutrition consultants.
• Monitor service quality, maintain facility standards and ensure health‑safety compliance.
• Handle vendor relationships, track operational metrics and support budgeting and inventory management.
• Align operational practices with the club’s transparency and accountability philosophy.

Required profile

• Experience in operations management or supervisory roles within fitness, hospitality, wellness or similar service environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Proven leadership, team supervision and performance‑feedback skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sports Management or related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English; local language proficiency is a plus.
