Physiotherapist - Home Care

About the role

Fatima Home Nursing Care provides certified home nursing, physiotherapy, elderly care and pediatric care across Pakistan, serving more than 500 patients with personalized treatment plans. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist in Islamabad who works in home-care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength and functional independence
• Conduct physical evaluations and deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
• Educate patients and caregivers on home-based rehabilitation
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure adherence to safety and ethical standards while providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Required profile

• Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (DPT or equivalent) and a valid license to practice physiotherapy in Pakistan
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological and pediatric physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation principles
• Ability to work independently in home-care environments, manage time and prioritize multiple cases
• Experience in home health or community-based care is an advantage

Required skills

• Patient assessment, treatment planning and delivery of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support patients, families and caregivers
• Basic computer skills for electronic records and reporting, and familiarity with documentation standards
