About the role
Kulsum International Hospital is looking for an experienced Manager - Operating Rooms to lead its OR team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in OT/Surgical Technology or a relevant healthcare field.
- Master's degree in Healthcare or Hospital Management is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in operating room management or pre-operative services, preferably in a reputable hospital.
Required skills
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Good understanding of patient safety, infection control and OR protocols.
