Oracle Technical Manager – Finance Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to join our Finance Transformation team. The role focuses on delivering functional support and designing Oracle‑based solutions across Finance, SCM, Property Management and Fixed Assets to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory, Property Manager, Fixed Assets, HRMS).
• Resolve functional issues and coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support.
• Monitor system usage, recommend enhancements and optimisations.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from Finance and other departments.
• Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle modules, workflows and support UAT, training and deployment.
• Act as liaison between Finance, Procurement, Real Estate and IT, facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Promote process standardisation, identify automation opportunities and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on Oracle releases, patches and recommend relevant upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; Oracle certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Oracle EBS Applications, including at least two full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Hands‑on experience in requirement gathering, functional GAP analysis, configuration documentation, test script preparation, production support and user training.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
