Order Booker (Sales) – Shah Faisal Town, Karachi

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Order Bookers to join Maxron Lubricants in Shah Faisal Town, Karachi. In this sales‑focused position you will generate new business, nurture retailer relationships and help expand our market presence across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers and retailers within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Maxron lubricants, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Build long‑term relationships by providing excellent service and support.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the product portfolio and clearly communicate product benefits.
• Gather market feedback and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate order placement and timely delivery with the distribution team.
• Report sales activities and progress regularly to the sales manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or order booking; experience in the lubricants sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Persuasive, problem‑solving and able to work independently.
• Effective time‑management and basic computer/record‑keeping skills.
• Familiarity with the Shah Faisal Town area or Karachi is preferred.
