About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore involves taking guest orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and delivering a pleasant dining experience. The role is ideal for individuals who are self‑motivated, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and promptly, ensuring any special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including table setup and teardown.
• Assist with stock handling and inventory tasks, including forklift operation when required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient service flow.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Sales proficiency to upsell menu items and recommend options based on customer preferences.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to service protocols and customer engagement training.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service, including safe handling and efficient serving.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
