Organizational Change Management Specialist - Telecom Digital Transformation

About the role

Management Partners, a top-management consultancy serving public and private sector clients across the Middle East, is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist for a 6-month contractual project on telecom digital transformation. The consultant supports large-scale digital transformation initiatives by developing and implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders and driving organizational readiness and digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and communication frameworks.
• Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations and resistance management activities.
• Support digital adoption, business process improvements and operating model transformation.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops and capability-building activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams and business stakeholders to align the transformation.
• Monitor change adoption KPIs, organizational performance and transformation outcomes.

Required profile

• 6 to 10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation and technology implementation projects.
• Familiarity with telecom operations, digital platforms, customer experience and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent change management methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in GCC telecom transformation projects is an advantage.
