Director IoT & Content

About the role

PTCL is looking for a Director IoT & Content to provide strategic leadership and governance across Core Base, Monetization and Portfolio Management for Fixed Broadband services. The role drives revenue optimization, portfolio performance, migration strategies and customer experience, overseeing customer base and monetization across DSL, Flash Fiber and FWA portfolios in close alignment with Customer Operations, Technology, Digital, Regulatory and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive base revenue and ARPU targets through monetization strategies, price optimization, migration revenue growth and value-enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution of migration programs, rehabilitation initiatives, LLC interventions and FWA readiness through stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor and escalate MTTR, service stability, speed experience and optical power indicators, working with Customer Operations, Customer Care and Technology teams.
• Develop long-term portfolio strategies, 5G FWA readiness and base management plans, convergence roadmaps, joint partner bundles and commercial transformation initiatives.
• Enhance broadband customer journeys across the uPTCL App, web and other digital platforms, enabling self-service, package upgrades, migrations, payments and service management.
• Use advanced analytics and customer usage patterns to identify monetization opportunities, personalize propositions and strengthen retention, upselling and revenue growth.
• Drive digital engagement and monetization across digital channels, increasing penetration, active usage, self-service adoption, campaign conversions and incremental revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Telecommunications, Technology, Digital Services, FMCG or other large-scale commercial organizations.
