OTR Load Coordinator

About the role

Flink Freight Logistics is seeking an OTR Load Coordinator to manage over‑the‑road freight operations, ensuring efficient load handling and strong carrier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers.
• Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
• Negotiate freight rates to maintain and improve profit margins.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate load documentation and update systems promptly.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call centre or logistics environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts and perform under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with OTR freight operations (advantage).
