Outbound Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced outbound Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. You will conduct high‑volume cold calls to Australian business decision‑makers, qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily using an automated dialer.
• Engage business owners, mortgage brokers, real estate directors and other decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads using our proven framework and handle objections professionally.
• Book qualified appointments into consultants’ calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure strong call‑quality standards.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets, including 6 qualified appointments per day.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of outbound cold‑calling experience in B2B sales, lead generation, insurance, telecom, MCA or high‑ticket appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑disciplined, coachable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection while staying target‑driven.
