Outbound Call Center Agent

About the role

Upskill Training Services is a professional development organization offering structured training programs in communication, customer service and sales. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Outbound Call Center Agent in Islamabad, Pakistan, who will call prospective and existing learners or clients to promote training programs, share information and answer questions.

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and record accurate call details in the system
• Meet or exceed daily targets for call volume, conversions and follow-ups
• Handle objections professionally and schedule appointments or enrollments
• Provide clear, courteous support during every interaction
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members and take part in regular coaching or training sessions
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Required profile

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in communication, sales or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad in rotating or fixed shifts as required
• Relevant experience in outbound calling, call centers or customer support is beneficial, but motivated entry-level applicants are welcome

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and active listening, with a clear and confident telephone manner
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, including handling objections
• Basic computer literacy and data entry, with the ability to use call center software or CRM systems
• Time management and organizational skills for managing call lists, follow-ups and performance targets
• Sales or telemarketing abilities, such as persuasive communication and goal-oriented work habits
