Call Center Assistant

About the role

SandLab is seeking a Call Center Assistant to generate revenue through phone-based sales and lead generation. The role involves building rapport with potential customers and converting inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound prospect calls, converting them into sales.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database through research and cold‑calling.
• Educate prospects about service and product offerings and qualify leads before scheduling site visits.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell to existing customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Manager to develop strategic sales approaches.
• Provide courteous customer service and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Direct experience in sales, tele‑sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with high energy and integrity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Effective objection handling and problem‑identification.
• Basic mathematical calculation ability.
