Outbound Sales Caller – Lead Generation

About the role

The Caller will join Global Easy Hire’s sales team in Lahore, focusing on outbound cold‑calling to generate new business opportunities. Working on‑site, you will introduce the company’s recruitment services to decision‑makers, qualify prospects and set up meetings for senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential client companies in target markets.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls to introduce Global Easy Hire’s services.
• Qualify leads, gather key business information and record interactions in the CRM.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and meet defined call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, outreach strategies and share market insights.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales support or B2B lead generation.
• Ability to work towards performance targets and manage time effectively.
• Professional business etiquette and customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or lead‑management tools.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
