Outreach Associate - School Partnerships

About the role

KarMuqabla works to make quality learning more accessible through technology. It is looking for a proactive, organised and communication-oriented Outreach Associate to support its school partnerships and ensure the smooth implementation of its educational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with partner schools, follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely responses and action.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new schools so that implementation runs smoothly.
• Organise and run training sessions for teachers and school representatives on how to use the platform.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports and track school engagement and implementation milestones.
• Build positive working relationships with school administrators, teachers and other stakeholders.
• Track school activity, spot gaps in engagement and coordinate follow-ups to address challenges.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in school coordination, education, outreach or client relationship management is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare reports, maintain records and manage multiple tasks.
