Offshore Delivery Manager (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

A remote, full-time Offshore Delivery Manager is sought to lead cross-functional operations and manage project delivery, acting as the main link between U.S.-based stakeholders and offshore teams in Pakistan. The role suits someone with a background in functional project management, business process optimization, offshore operations, ERP migrations and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across Finance, HR, Legal, IT and Operations, managing timelines, deliverables, resources and SLAs, and coordinating offshore teams.
• Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks and ensure accountability.
• Act as the primary liaison with U.S.-based leadership, run stakeholder meetings, prepare executive reports, dashboards and progress summaries, and handle escalations.
• Analyze business processes, develop SOPs, coordinate workflow automation and process standardization.
• Lead ERP implementation, system migration and process integration projects, including Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, ensuring documentation, data integrity and user adoption.
• Manage cross-functional offshore teams, monitor performance and workload, set reporting mechanisms and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, project or delivery management; minimum 3 years managing cross-functional offshore teams.
• Proven experience working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders or international leadership teams.
• Preferred: BPO, shared services or offshore delivery experience, and exposure to education, nonprofit or institutional operations.

Required skills

• Functional project management, business analysis and operational delivery.
• ERP implementation, system migration and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Zoho or similar ERP/business management platforms.
• Project tracking, process mapping, SOP development and performance reporting.
• Excellent English communication and remote work capability.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
