Outreach & Communication Associate

About the role

We are seeking articulate individuals to join Disrupt as Outreach & Communication Associates. You will be the voice of our products, initiating conversations with customers and prospects across the US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers and prospects via message, email, phone, video, and in person.
• Hold clear, professional, and engaging conversations representing Disrupt well.
• Learn our products in depth and explain them simply and confidently.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve outreach and connection strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confidence communicating across various media, including calls and video.
• Interest in marketing, outreach, and decision‑making processes.
• Sharp, curious, and proactive mindset.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or Business.
• Willingness to work evening to night shifts (Pakistan time) to align with US and European hours.
