Outreach Manager

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to lead its Outreach department. You will design and execute marketing strategies that expand our global audience, increase student registrations, and elevate the brand to a world‑class standard.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and drive strategic marketing campaigns, including test/control segmentation, tracking, reporting, analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and manage social‑media calendars, craft platform‑specific messages, and ensure creative assets follow brand guidelines.
• Oversee SEO strategy, organic search rankings, and link‑building initiatives to boost website traffic.
• Manage digital advertising across platforms, optimizing performance through data‑driven adjustments.
• Expand and maintain the email database, improve open/click rates, and schedule email communications.
• Lead the outreach and media team, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and provide executive reports on KPIs.
• Conduct market research to identify audience needs, trends, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 8‑10 years of experience in outreach and senior marketing roles.
• Proven track record of creating successful outreach campaigns and managing marketing teams.
• Strong copywriting, project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
