About the role

We are seeking a confident and energetic Outreach Officer to join our sales team, focusing on US‑based businesses. The role involves engaging business owners, handling cold calls, and turning conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US‑based businesses and speak with owners or decision‑makers.
Introduce our services clearly, understand prospect needs, and handle objections.
Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings or demos, and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate call notes and lead records while working toward daily and monthly targets.

Required profile

Excellent spoken English with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence on phone calls and ability to handle high‑volume cold calling.
Resilience to rejection and a target‑driven mindset.
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, BPO, or US sales is preferred, though fresh candidates with strong sales potential are welcome.
