Outreach & Social Media Marketing Assistant / Manager

About the role

We are seeking a reliable remote assistant or manager to support outreach, CRM, email marketing, and social media marketing for a handbag brand that sells to independent boutiques and lifestyle retailers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lead lists and keep CRM/tracker sheets up‑to‑date.
• Post and manage content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including captions, scheduling and basic engagement.
• Organise outreach sequences and email campaign workflows.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support daily tasks and quality checks.
• Conduct basic online research and lead verification.
• Maintain organised marketing and outreach systems.
• Support outreach campaigns and email sequences.

Required profile

• Clean, professional written English and fluent spoken English.
• Experience with outreach, sales operations, lead generation, CRM and marketing operations.
• Some experience managing social media channels.
• Highly organised, able to follow SOPs and provide daily updates.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for structured projects.
• High attention to detail for data entry and tracker updates.
• Reliable remote working habits with responsiveness and accountability.
