Owner – Agency Leadership Role

About the role

The Owner will steer NexusScope’s strategic direction, oversee daily operations, and drive growth for the digital and design agency. Based in Karachi, this full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to the agency’s stakeholders and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the agency’s long‑term vision and business strategy.
• Manage client relationships from discovery through delivery, ensuring projects meet business objectives.
• Lead design and development teams, allocating resources and guiding creative and technical decisions.
• Monitor project performance, financial health, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Represent the agency in industry networks, client meetings, and public events.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and support professional development.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and management experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in digital design, branding, or creative direction.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Understanding of digital strategy, web development processes, and marketing principles.
• Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Technology or related field; advanced education or notable industry experience is a plus.
