Paid Media & Growth Specialist

About the role

The Tech Tribe is looking for a Paid Media & Growth Specialist who can manage, optimize and scale paid acquisition campaigns across several advertising platforms. The person should understand the full paid marketing funnel, from campaign setup and tracking to testing, optimization, reporting and scaling, and make decisions based on metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM and conversion rate.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including acquisition, lead generation, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, building structures aligned with business and conversion goals.
• Monitor performance, run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, copy, offers, placements and campaign structures, and recommend fixes for underperforming campaigns.
• Work with design and content teams on performance-driven creatives and analyze landing-page and funnel performance.
• Configure and validate conversion tracking with Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs and conversion events.
• Prepare clear campaign reports, monitor budgets and decide on scaling or budget allocation.
• Stay up to date with changes across Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics and paid media platforms.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and understanding how ads, landing pages, tracking, audiences, creatives and offers work together.
• Experience with lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Ability to answer questions about CPL, clicks vs conversions, budget allocation, pausing or scaling campaigns, and what to test next, using campaign data rather than assumptions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting and communication skills, able to work independently from setup through optimization.
