About the role
The Panel Administrator Specialist will lead a team of field Data Collectors, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality data capture for clinical and market research projects.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to participate in data collection studies.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, time‑tracking, and reporting.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff on ongoing projects.
- Serve as the company’s ambassador to external stakeholders, including physicians.
- Act as the primary internal contact for physician‑related queries.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure quality, speed, and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong relationship‑building abilities with healthcare professionals.
- Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
