About the role
We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support our financial administration on a one‑day‑per‑week basis. This part‑time role offers flexibility for professionals seeking recurring bookkeeping work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Handle accounts payable, processing bills and coordinating payments.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with purchase order preparation, invoice processing, and tracking.
- Organise and prepare financial data required for tax reporting and filing support.
- Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies when needed.
- Communicate clearly with internal team members and external vendors/customers.
Required profile
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Experience preparing records for tax purposes is an asset.
