Partner Relationship Manager (Telecommute)

About the role

Just Markets is hiring a Partner Relationship Manager working remotely. The role centres on acquiring and onboarding new partners, growing existing ones and keeping them compliant with the company's business, regulatory and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire and onboard new partners, and nurture and expand relationships with existing ones
• Act as the primary contact for partners, resolving issues quickly and supporting their business objectives
• Ensure partners comply with business, regulatory and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to build market development strategies that drive partner engagement and growth
• Represent the company at industry events such as expos, conventions, training sessions and seminars, with occasional short-term travel
• Help partners retain their business through strategic insights and support
• Meet and exceed management KPIs focused on business growth

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• In-depth knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure partners follow them
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment with multiple languages and cultures
• Fluency in English and Urdu; other languages are an advantage
