Outreach and Sales Closer Expert (Remote)

About the role

Smart AI Marketing Lab is a remote-first AI marketing agency offering AI marketing services, AI automation and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO) to startups, e-commerce brands and tech companies, including international clients. It is hiring one person for a combined role: finding leads, running outreach, booking calls and closing deals. The role is fully remote and pays $1,000 to $2,000 per month base plus commission per closed client.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted lead lists of potential clients who fit the services offered.
• Run personalized outreach by email, LinkedIn and direct messages, avoiding copy-paste spam.
• Follow up with sequences, replies and re-engagement until a clear answer is received.
• Run discovery calls: understand the client's problem, pitch the right solution, handle objections and close the deal.
• Keep the CRM updated and report daily and weekly on outreach sent, replies, calls booked and deals closed.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closed deals, with numbers shown.
• Excellent spoken and written English, used in calls and outreach.
• Understanding of AI marketing services so they can be sold credibly.
• Self-driven, reliable and comfortable working to targets for outreach volume, booked calls and closed deals.
• Own laptop, headset and quiet workspace, plus a stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools and outreach tools.
• Cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Objection handling and closing.
