Partnerships Executive

About the role

Nokhba.AI, an AI‑powered HR technology SaaS provider, is looking for a Partnerships Executive to grow its ecosystem of recruitment agencies, HR professionals, technology partners and other industry stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to build referral, reseller, channel and strategic partnership programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with recruitment agencies, HR consultancies, technology providers and related organisations.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing partners through meetings, presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate partnership initiatives with internal teams and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain partnership pipelines, track activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and business meetings.
• Monitor market trends and keep regular communication with partners.

Required profile

• Experience in partnerships, business development, sales or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable reaching out to decision‑makers and conducting presentations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools
