Patient Care Specialist – US Healthcare BPO

About the role

The Patient Care Specialist works onsite in Lahore, handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based healthcare practices. You will assist patients and caregivers, schedule appointments, verify information, and document interactions in clinical or practice management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls following standardized scripts.
• Update and maintain accurate records in CRM or clinical systems.
• Verify patient information and schedule appointments.
• Escalate clinical concerns to licensed professionals when required.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with an empathetic phone manner.
• Attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in Lahore and adhere to shift schedules.
• High school diploma minimum; healthcare‑related degree or certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Proficiency with computers, productivity tools, and telecommunication systems.
• Experience with CRM or practice management software.
