People Business Partner

About the role

The People Business Partner at Motive will act as a strategic HR consultant, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. You will support managers and employees across the organization, helping to build high‑performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior HR leaders to translate business goals into HR strategies.
• Drive consistent implementation of HR policies and programs across assigned business units.
• Coach managers on performance management, talent development, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support change‑management initiatives and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into talent practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence organizational outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
