People & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a People & Operations Lead to own and scale the full people lifecycle for a fast‑growing women’s fitness and wellness company. This high‑ownership role blends HR, performance management, learning, and culture building in a high‑growth, startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, and growth.
• Design and maintain performance tracking systems covering revenue, retention, and feedback.
• Lead learning and development initiatives, especially for instructor growth.
• Oversee hiring across studio, operations, and head‑office roles.
• Make data‑backed people decisions and manage employee relations, culture, and team dynamics.
• Build scalable systems for hiring, performance, and development.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in HR, talent, or people‑heavy operations roles.
• Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in high‑growth or startup environments (preferred).
• Passion for health, wellness, and women’s fitness.
