People Partner - HR Business Partner

About the role

The People Partner works closely with team members and leaders to ensure fair, consistent, and high‑quality performance management outcomes. You will own appraisal cycles, lead difficult conversations with compassion, and use data‑driven insights to influence performance, compensation, and overall people effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual and bi‑annual performance review cycles, including feedback, calibration, and final decisions.
• Partner with leadership to guarantee performance decisions align with competency frameworks and are equitable.
• Drive competency mapping, talent profiling, succession planning, and identify high performers and development gaps.
• Support managers with performance improvement plans, coaching, and documentation.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring psychological safety and handling sensitive conversations.
• Coach leaders on feedback delivery, conflict resolution, and engagement challenges.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and salary review cycles.
• Utilise HRIS, Power BI, and Tableau to automate reporting, track trends, and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a technology environment.
• Proven ability to manage high‑stakes conversations with empathy and clarity.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance and engagement data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence across teams and leadership.
