Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

DevNest is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who can write compelling ad copy and concepts that drive conversions. The role combines brand voice and consumer psychology with the ability to read Meta Ad Accounts and analyse ad performance to find opportunities for creative improvement. The position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 10, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging, high-converting ad copy for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers to create visuals and creatives aligned with campaign strategy.
• Research target audiences and craft messaging that resonates with them.
• Develop ad copy and creative variations for A/B testing.
• Analyse Meta Ad Accounts and key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and ad spend to spot successful creative patterns.
• Use performance data to suggest improvements in copy, concepts, hooks and creative angles.
• Stay up to date on digital advertising trends, consumer behaviour and competitor campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting or performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio of ad copies and campaign concepts.
• Ability to adapt to different brand tones and industries.
• Excellent communication, creativity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and reading ad account performance.
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels, consumer psychology and persuasive writing.
