About the role
We are seeking a driven and analytical Performance Marketer/User Acquisition Specialist to grow our mobile games portfolio. You will manage, optimize, and analyze paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily UA campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Mintegral, AppLovin, and other paid channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including Spend, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Retention, and LTV.
- Handle campaign setup, budget allocation, bid adjustments, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and ROI improvement.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Game teams to align UA strategies with growth objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in mobile apps or gaming.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
