Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Pakistani skincare startup looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid advertising on Meta platforms. The role focuses on building profitable campaigns that drive sales while understanding the unique preferences of the local skincare consumer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for our skincare products.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation specific to the Pakistani market.
• Set up ad sets, budgets and bidding strategies to maximise return on ad spend.
• Continuously test creatives, copy and targeting through A/B experiments.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise campaigns in real time, and ensure profitability.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights for the leadership team.
• Collaborate with product, creative and sales teams to align messaging and offers.

Required profile

• Proven experience running paid Meta campaigns for a skincare or beauty brand in Pakistan.
• Demonstrated ability to generate profitable sales through paid social advertising.
• Deep understanding of Pakistani skincare consumer behaviour and market trends.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑funnel campaign management and data‑driven optimisation.
