Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

WealthNX is seeking a senior performance marketer to lead paid customer acquisition for its AI‑powered personal finance app. The role goes beyond campaign management, requiring deep understanding of growth economics, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid growth strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and app acquisition channels.
• Own acquisition metrics such as CAC, LTV, CAC‑to‑LTV efficiency, and payback period.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on performance and growth priorities.
• Design and manage a structured testing calendar for campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Partner with the Creative Strategist to develop and evaluate new advertising concepts.
• Analyze performance data to diagnose shifts in acquisition cost or conversion rates.
• Adjust acquisition strategy in response to pricing, subscription, or product changes.
• Provide concise, data‑led growth updates to senior leadership.
• Support and guide creative and analytics teams working alongside performance marketing.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance or growth marketing.
• Strong background with consumer subscription products, preferably in fintech, health, or SaaS.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets above $100,000.
• Proven ability to build and interpret CAC and LTV models.
• Demonstrated analytical judgment and ability to turn data into clear business decisions.
