Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

AutoLeap, a SaaS provider of shop management software for the auto repair industry, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join its core marketing team. The role is remote and focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness through paid channels and data-driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness.
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights and report key metrics to stakeholders.
• Own the planning and management of paid channels such as Google Ads, Gartner sites, G2, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads.
• Keep ads accounts and their components compliant with platform policies and ensure ads run according to the plan.
• Run experiments to increase lead generation month over month within the planned budget.
• Own the full lead funnel, from lead generation to closed wins.
• Propose, initiate and implement optimizations across ad channels.

Required profile

• Strong academic background from a top institution.
• 5-6 years of experience managing paid channels, particularly Google Ads.
• Proven track record of past successes and role progression.
• Analytical mindset, ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
• Eagerness to learn new channels and a hands-on approach.
