Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

A Performance Marketing Specialist is needed to develop and run performance marketing campaigns across several channels, optimise them against key metrics and report results to stakeholders. The role is full-time and requires working on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across social media, search engines and display advertising.
• Optimise campaigns to meet or exceed metrics such as ROI, CPA and conversion rates.
• Analyse data to give insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and future planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so marketing activities match business goals.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to spot new growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed campaign reports and share insights with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of running successful campaigns with measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site, full-time, in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of PPC, social media and display advertising.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Google AdWords and/or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
