Personal Assistant & Accountant (Full‑Time, Sialkot)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant who will also handle core accounting functions for our packaging and label manufacturing business. The role combines executive support, office administration and financial record‑keeping in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, manage correspondence and coordinate meetings for senior management.
• Post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, manage petty cash and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries, process payroll calculations, handle supplier payments and invoicing.
• Create and track purchase orders, maintain vendor records and manage inventory paperwork for packaging supplies.
• Coordinate logistics for shipments and liaise with production, sales and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Organise office filing systems, process incoming/outgoing documents and support HR admin tasks such as attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, basic tax and regulatory documentation and assist external accountants during audits.

Required profile

• Proven bookkeeping experience including journal entries, reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory compliance in Pakistan.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to handle confidential information.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers, couriers, production teams and management.

Required skills

• Accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage or Tally.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for reconciliations and basic reporting.
