About the role
We are seeking a presentable and modern Personal Assistant to be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel in Gulberg, Lahore. The role focuses on delivering a warm welcome, managing smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensuring excellent service throughout each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, elite attitude.
- Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and room reservations efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Maintain the client area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and a modern, confident personality.
- Presentable, bold, and confident demeanor.
- Freshers are encouraged; the role can be taken as off‑time.
