Personal Lines Insurance Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Personal Lines Insurance Support Specialist to provide back‑office support for a US‑based insurance agency. The position is fully remote and requires working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare insurance quotes using multiple carrier platforms and process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Assist with Certificates of Insurance, policy documentation, customer payments, and maintain accurate policy records.
• Answer inbound calls, respond to policy‑related inquiries, and perform administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams while ensuring compliance and timely processing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in US Personal Lines Insurance, including quoting across multiple carriers.
• Ability to work US business hours and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with insurance agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360).
